Cookie policy

This website stores nothing on your device. It sets no cookies, of any kind, first-party or third-party. It does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB or any other browser storage. It runs no analytics, advertising pixels or fingerprinting scripts.

Why there is no cookie banner

EU law (Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, implemented in the Czech Republic by Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications) requires your consent before a website stores information on your device or reads information from it, unless that is strictly necessary for a service you requested. Because caleris.online does neither, there is nothing to consent to. A consent banner would only interrupt you without giving you any real choice.

The only script on this site

The Norton guide loads one small script from our own server, /js/cta.js. It copies campaign parameters from the page address onto partner links (see the privacy policy). It stores nothing and sends nothing anywhere. You can read its source at /js/cta.js.

When you leave this site

When you follow a partner link, you go to our affiliate network and then to the advertiser’s website. Those sites may set their own cookies under their own cookie policies and consent tools. We have no control over them.

How to verify this yourself

You do not have to take our word for it. In most desktop browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari with the Develop menu enabled):

  1. Open any page of caleris.online and press F12 (or Cmd+Option+I on a Mac) to open the developer tools.
  2. Storage: open the Application tab (Chrome/Edge) or the Storage tab (Firefox/Safari). Under Cookies, Local Storage, Session Storage and IndexedDB, the entries for https://caleris.online will be empty.
  3. Network: open the Network tab and reload the page. Every request goes to caleris.online; there are none to other domains.
  4. Headers: click the page request in the Network tab and look at the Response Headers. There is no Set-Cookie header.
