Privacy policy

Short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, shows no tracking pixels and loads nothing from third-party servers. The only personal data involved are the technical server logs every website produces, and anything you choose to send us by email.
1. Data controller

2. Server logs
Whenever you load a page, our web server automatically records a standard log entry. It contains your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the response status and size, the referring page (limited by our referrer policy, see below) and your browser’s user-agent string.
- Purpose: delivering the website, keeping it secure, and diagnosing faults and abuse.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: logs are rotated daily and automatically deleted after 14 rotations, so they are kept for about 15 days. They are kept longer only if needed to investigate a specific security incident.
- Recipients: the company that hosts our server, acting on our behalf. We do not use logs for analytics, profiling or advertising, and we do not share them with advertisers.
3. Email
If you write to us, we process your email address and your message in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) where the email concerns a contract). We delete correspondence once the matter is closed, unless we are legally required to keep it. There are no contact forms on this site.
4. Partner (affiliate) links
When you click a button labelled “Partner link”, your browser first loads a redirect page on our site (/c/1/). It then goes to our affiliate network’s tracking address and on to the advertiser’s website. If the address you arrived on contained campaign parameters (such as utm_source, gclid, campaignid or ml_sub1–ml_sub5), our page copies them onto the partner link so the sale can be credited correctly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our site stores none of these values, apart from their appearance in the requested URL in the server logs described above.
Once you leave our site, the affiliate network and the advertiser act as independent controllers, and they may set their own cookies. Their privacy policies apply, not this one.
5. What we do not do
- No cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. See the cookie policy.
- No analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting or session recording.
- No third-party fonts, scripts, images or embeds. Everything is served from caleris.online.
- No accounts, newsletters, comments or contact forms.
- No automated decision-making or profiling.
6. Referrer policy
Our pages use the strict-origin-when-cross-origin referrer policy. When you follow a link to another website, that site learns only that you came from https://caleris.online, not which page you were reading.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, email info@caleris.online. Because we collect so little, we may need the date, time and IP address of your visit to find any log entry.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz. You may also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live.
8. Children
The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly process children’s data beyond the technical logs described above.
9. Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and its date. We will not start collecting new data without first updating this policy.
